6/2/11 Digest – A Warning and Two Gifts

Today’s digest features a gracious warning to not confuse fruitfulness for spiritual maturity, a free way to spruce up your computer’s desktop, and commercial that’s always worth watching.

The Danger of “Fruitfulness” Without Purity:

Many lives are “successfully” lived and many ministries are “successfully” operated apart from a vital relationship with and properly desperate dependence upon Jesus Christ.

Gift #1: Free Desktop Wallpapers:

I’m not an art connoisseur. In my world it’s difficult to distinguish Dogs Playing Poker from the Mona Lisa, but I do know when something catches my eye. The first wallpaper listed is an eye catcher. You owe it to yourself to open the file to see it in its original state. It is my current desktop, and it’s mesmerizing.
